Returns:

 

To honor your request for a return or refund, items must meet the following criteria. If these guidelines are not followed, we may need to send the item back.

• You have 7 days from the fulfillment of your order to initiate a return. If 7 days have passed since you received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer a return or exchange.
• Items must be in their original state: unworn, unwashed, and not used for any physical activity.
• Please ensure items are free from excessive wrinkles, lint, or hair.
• Items with detergent stains or strong odors cannot be accepted.
• Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on water bottles.
• If your item came with tags, they must remain attached.

Additional Information:

• We offer free exchanges on all domestic (Germany) orders.
• For refunds, shipping costs will be deducted.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please Note: If you are returning an entire order, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.

Exchange Requests:

If your item meets the return guidelines, we will gladly process an exchange based on available stock. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a refund, minus shipping fees.

International Returns and Exchanges:

At this time, we are unable to process returns or exchanges for international orders (outside of Germany).

APO/FPO/DPO:

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for APO/FPO/DPO addresses at this time.
